Alive and kicking and crafting

Hi all!
You may have noticed that for the past couple of weeks the site has been down. Despite our best efforts, we couldn’t figure out what was wrong, though I suspect some kind of tech-heresy. The solution we came up with was to back up all of the content, completely wipe the site and rebuild it. Unfortunately, I then promptly came down with the flu, followed by a chest infection, which meant I had to recover for two weeks. Then, just to add insult to injury, I found out that I had lost a lot of content as the import of the backup didn’t work properly. It was a painful decision, but I’ve saved one post (the Wingspan post) and the rest I’ll try to restore as and when I have time. Hopefully this won’t happen again and the site seems to be more responsive now!
I have a small backlog of posts to upload, which I’ll release over the next few weeks , but as I’ve been crafting like a madwoman I thought I’ve give you a quick preview (in no particular order)! EDIT – I am adding links to these posts as they become live!
First we have some twirly-whirly scarves – which I must confess to having a minor obsession with
Purple-and-neon
Next, a toy in the shape of this cute teddy bear!

Some reviews…. (Cubics review here)
Knitpro Cubics and Trendz
…a look at what’s currently inhabiting my needles and hooks…
Toby the pterodactyl 1
…and maybe a little light stash porn 😉
I’m also about to make a large purchase of DPNs as I’m fed up of having to fiddle guage to match the ones I have, as well as a major stash sort on the cards! I’ve finally got my blogging mojo back, so I’m hoping to up my posting to a regular once-per-week after clearing the backlog and see how it goes from there. Thanks for reading and I hope that you enjoy the new site 🙂
